I am very pleased with the work that Coastal Construction has done for me and highly recommend this company. I had my entire house re-piped after I had 3 separate leaks over the last few years. This left several holes in the drywall in many different places. Additionally some framing needed to happen as well as stucco work on the outside. All work was completed in a timely fashion, the holes were professionally repaired, the surfaces were retextured and then painted in matching color. You would never know anything had happened to the walls. The employees of this company are very easy to deal with and are truly concerned that you are happy with the results. The person who did all the work is commended for the great job he did. Very meticulous. Additionally, prior to the re-piping, Coastal dealt with drying out the area that was affected from the latest leak. The leak occurred in the middle of the night and I was quite in a state as to what to do the next morning. I called them up on advice of plumbing company and within the hour somebody showed up to assess the damage and take care of it and dry everything. I was very impressed how efficient the process was. The rep showed up every day over the weekend to assess progress of drying out. Bottom line, I would use this company again, anytime! I feel so fortunate that I was referred by my plumber to Coastal when I had a pipe burst behind a wall. They were out that same morning and immediately started inspection and remediation. Someone came to check moisture levels every day during the process, and I always knew what was happening because Mike and his entire team were so communicative. I highly recommend Mike Miller and his Coastal team. First and foremost, Mike is one of the most genuine, honest persons you will ever meet. He’s also very compassionate, empathetic and understanding of the challenges a homeowner faces when catastrophe strikes. I have had two hurricane claims as well as a substantial water leak claim. They did a great job on all three. Mike worked very well with the insurance company. His knowledge and experience in the remediation/construction/remodel business is unparalleled. It does not stop there. He and his crew do quality work, as promised and with reasonable charges and costs. I am a court mediator and work primarily in civil litigation involving insurance claims. I was referred by the risk manager of Hillsborough County who told me he used Mike for the toughest jobs the county encounters. Best recommendation I could ever be given. Mike is my “go-to” guy.
